Professional Bartending Program

 

We are one of the few nationally accredited bartending schools in the state of Texas.

Our 56 hour program is the most intensive, in-depth program in the Metroplex.

Our instruction includes:

 

Learning to prepare over 150 popular drinks,

  including shooters, layered, and flaming.

TABC certification.

The history of liquors, liqueurs, beers, and wines.

Troubleshooting draft beer equipment.

Sanitation requirements and procedures.

Bar operations and cash flow concerns.

Basics of cash and product controls.

How to give great customer service.

How to build clientele.

How to earn tips.

How to sell.

Morning Class

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Afternoon Class

1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Evening Class

6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

(All classes run Monday - Thursday)
